The quick-closing control device is a hydraulic device that realizes the normal start and shutdown of the steam turbine, the electric and manual emergency shutdown, the automatic hook of the quick-closing valve and the emergency breaker, and the opening and closing of the extraction steam quick-closing valve. In order to increase safety, the quick-closing control device is also equipped with a redundant system for electric emergency shutdown.
The above functions are respectively implemented by the basic module, redundancy module, start module, and extraction steam module. At the same time, the interface of the electro-hydraulic converter is reserved on the device to facilitate the oil supply to the steam turbine regulating valve. According to customer requirements, the reserved interface of the electro-hydraulic converter can be made into an interface directly connected to the VOITH electro-hydraulic converter, or it can be made into an interface to the WOODWARD electro-hydraulic converter.
The various types of quick-closing control devices we provide can be combined in any combination to better meet your needs. The redundancy module can only choose one of two options (basic type), one of three options, and one of four options, and the two cannot be superimposed. The remaining modules can be combined arbitrarily.
On the basis of the basic model, the conventional redundant module composed of two solenoid valves is replaced with a redundant module composed of four shutdown solenoid valves. On the premise of ensuring the correct and effective shutdown function, it can also effectively avoid any shutdown accident caused by the shutdown solenoid valve due to its own failure (including the cause of the control cable as long as several hundred meters). At the same time, according to the pressure measurement interface provided on the control device, the pressure indication value of the interface can be used to accurately determine the faulty solenoid valve. And the faulty electromagnetic can be replaced online without stopping the machine. This further ensures the safety of the steam turbine.
