1. Routine production tasks


Based on the company’s technical and quality department’s product design drawings, material lists and other documents, in accordance with the supply time and quantity requirements specified in the product orders undertaken by the company’s sales department, the production plan is organized on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, involving self-made, outsourcing, Various operation methods such as installation, commissioning and inspection.




2. Improvement of departmental capacity


According to the overall requirements of the company's transformation and upgrading, be responsible for the research design and implementation of the department's phased capacity improvement.


Cooperating with the company and the software company, a customized single-piece and small-batch business model management software implementation plan, various basic tasks, including manufacturing and control process redesign, debugging, optimization, and so on.
